My name is Grace Simmons. I am a Private Property Real Estate Investor seeking Reo agents and brokers to work with. We buy properties. I buy, sell properties or hold on to them for rentals. We use private funding so we can close quickly. I'm looking for an agent and or broker who can check through the MLS and find properties that I can profitabily invest in, then tell me about them. I will look at most of them and make offers on those that meet my needs. So we would like you to find us deals. Every time you find us a good deal, I'll go through you so you'll get your commission. If you're working with me, and I find a deal myself, I'll still put the offer through you so you'll still get your commission.Whenever we want to sell something we've brought, I'll list it with you so ypu'll get another commission. I am a Realtor, with access to the MLS. I also have access to other web sites listing REO's, foreclosures, and auctions in pre-foreclosure & foreclosure stages.
