I just joined....questions
I see the prices are quite low....$1900, ....$2500...etc....are these rent to own homes? How does this work? There isnt any where I see for an explanation of how the site works.

Yes they are more than likely prices of rental homes. Recenlty the Minneapolis area MLS system added rentals to the MLS database. While their was a glitch that some searches for homes for sale was pulling in Rental properties. If you wanted me to check more specifically on a property If you gave me the address I could tell you exactly the case of the property.
